Application of metal spinning

Metal spinning, also known as spin forming or spinning or metal turning most commonly, is a metalworking process by which a disc or tube of metal is rotated at high speed and formed into an axially symmetric part.

Spinning products are widely used in Musical Instruments, chemical packaging, building hardware, household, automotive, military, aerospace, lighting and other fields.

Take the lighting industry for example, aluminum led reflectors, led cup lampshades, lighting components and downlights, etc most of them are produced by spinning process.
